North Star Wellness Center specializes in trauma treatment and community education. Our clinicians believe that growth and healing happen in healthy communities, so we work on cultivating connection, belonging, and joy. We also strive for cultivation of communities that are strong enough to hold trauma, fear, and pain. North Star is honored to partner with other service providers who share similar values for social justice. 

We offer mental health counseling for individuals, couples and families. Therapists are specialized in treating trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, domestic violence, sexual assault/abuse and more. Treatment options include traditional talk therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) .
