We'll bring the therapy. All you have to do is talk about the things you want us to therapize. If you don't feel like talking sometimes, we can look at funny animal videos and review the most recent memes.

Our clinicians have a variety of skills and experience. Specialty areas of practice include trauma, sexual abuse, relationship violence, grief, depression, anxiety and more. We serve adolescents and adults and provide each client with a unique treatment plan.
Whether someone is in crisis or not, counseling can help people identify ways to navigate challenges and live a more fulfilling life.
RELATIONSHIP COUNSELING
Everybody experiences conflict in their relationships, and usually they experience love and affection too. But, people who can have healthy conflict and maintain a loving connection will often have the most joyful relationships.
Our clinicians are experienced in working with diverse partnerships and relationships. All mental health counselors are LGBTQ identified or allied.
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) is a specialized treatment that can help you address the challenges from your past, face current obstacles, and create an ideal future. It is especially helpful for treating trauma, anxiety, and depression - anything that might make you feel stuck. EMDR can be used as a stand-alone treatment or in combination with more traditional talk therapy.
